With this thought in mind, the program leaders hire guest artists and teachers who can demonstrate the level of quality expected in the real world of work. Along with the high expectations , camp leaders insist that students demonstrate good work ethics, which include positive attitudes, punctuality, time-on-task, teamwork abilities, and respect for self and others.
