Welcome to Buffalo Lick Bee Co., where we turn the daily life of small-scale beekeeping into honest storytelling and practical education. We’re Georgia beekeepers running a growing sideline operation—managing hives, chasing honey flows, trapping swarms, and offering licensed live honey bee removals.
Here you’ll find real beekeeping: hive inspections, spring build-up, varroa control, honey harvesting, extracting, bottling, and the behind-the-scenes work it takes to keep a bee farm moving. We share what works, what doesn’t, and what we learn along the way.
As our farm expands, so will the channel. We’re adding muscadines for homemade wine, trying a little mead making, growing herbs and peppers for infused honey, and even milling our own lumber for beeyard equipment— so you’ll see a little homesteading, sawmilling, gardening, and vineyard life too.
If you’re into beekeeping, homesteading, pollinators, sustainable agriculture, swarm trapping, honey production, you’ll fit right in here.
