Music really helps me chill out and not worry too much. I have been living in fear with anxiety and ocd for the past 9 years. Music has let me express my leadup for me trying to escape my mind essentially playing tricks on me. I love to create music as a way to let out a message about how people live in fear and what life is really like for people that don’t experience it.
