I stumbled upon a 2pac CD and me being the curious little 6 year old I was put it in my Player and it was LOVE AT First sight. I automatically fell in love with it.it just amused me how somebody could put words together in such a rhythmic pattern and express some of the feelings I felt but could never put into words. As I got older I was separated from my mother because while my mother was my parent she would leave me alone for weeks. So I suffered abandonment as a young kid. So in a result of my mother's bad parenting I was placed in the Foster Care system at age 7. A year later I was asked to go to court for the custody of me over my dad and there I found out that that my dad wasn't going to be there because he had died from HIV. I was shocked and couldn't quite comprehend the fact that my father had died since the memories of him I barely remember because my mother kept me very far away from him. As I got older the relationship between me and Hip-Hop had as a child began to grow.
