Neal Morgan has released five solo albums since 2009, including 2025's double pop album PAW. As a drummer, he worked with Joanna Newsom from 2006 to 2014 and Bill Callahan from 2009 to 2011, arranging and performing drums & percussion on the albums Have One On Me, Divers, and Apocalypse. He has collaborated with dozens of intrepid artists, from Amen Dunes to Roy Harper, and on multiple film soundtracks, including the Netflix documentary series Wild Wild Country. Neal lives in Portland, OR and was born and raised in Nevada City, CA.
