Atom Wang obtained his PhD from the Department of Medical Biophysics at University of Toronto studying acute myeloid leukemia. Currently he directs UTChinese Network Qin society. He has performed virtuoso pieces like Guangling San, Mist Veiled Hsiao-Hsiang Freshet, Dadeumi, Flowing Streams, and Jackdaw’s Nocturne in cultural concerts such as the Toronto Dragon Island Festival for the past two years. His “Flowing streams” was selected for the Toronto 311 music program. He is actively promoting Qin music in Toronto.
