Growing up, summers were a mix of building alongside my grandpa and hiking Montana peaks. When we reached creekside meadows or summited jagged peaks, I would usually say with excitement "we should build a cabin here!" My grandpa would chuckle at my naivety, and we would continue our hike. 40 years later I finally had the opportunity to build the cabin of my childhood dreams. This is the story of building that dream. Join us as we journey through each step of building our off-grid tiny cabin in the Pacific Northwest mountains.
