Henry Anthony Congress IV better knw as "Congrez" , Cleveland Born 19yr old r&b sensation, resides on the West side of cleveland ohio but is originally from the union/kinsman area (east side) . He's done a number of things from local festivals, show cases for warner bros, and "Slash", to making 2 (soon to be three) appearences on national television ( All on BET106&PARK).
