I am an 80 year old retired physio. who specialized in teaching rehab. to music. My contribution to keeping healthy in Lockdown is to make this film of gentle exercises for the less active which is set to original music composed by our pianist friend Peter Shade for the songs written by my 89 year old husband, Professor Harold Baum, who is the entire class! There are two identical version, one having the lyrics. Start with the one without lyrics to get the hang of mirroring my moves then switch as enjoy a unique, quirky experience. Maybe sing-along! especially if you can sing along! But “Take it Easy at First” and listen to my cautions. Choose the bits that are right for you. If it is too easy and your balance is OK , then adapt and do some in standing, move and tap your feet.
