Gently Pressed was created out of my necessity to have a creative outlet. As a person that has lived with lifelong chronic illnesses and multiple disabilities for the past 39 years, the challenge to find balance and joy in an unpredictable world has not been easy. But it is important to find peace and love through art; to enjoy the process of discovering one’s abilities through chaos and my inward desires. My world may seem dark at times but I seek to be a light amongst the darkness. May I thrive, learn, document and be able to share every photographic and art-themed accomplishment that my body allows to create.
