Kentaurvs is a Symphonic black metal band - Originating in the city of Medellín - Colombia
It is born from the need to express human feelings, allowing us to address topics traditionally seen as taboo, such as hatred, sadness, anger, desolation, among others. Where it seems that only love and happiness are allowed, and where our culture itself invites us to repress all other feelings that are classified as “Improper.” But at the same time they do not realize that the containment of these is what often leads us to them only being expressed when we are overwhelmed by them, and thus they mostly become precursors of conflictive situations. Kentaurvs - intends that these feelings can be addressed through music, and its inspiration comes from there, to achieve compositions that invite deep reflection on our actions as human beings, trying to add to the construction of social fabric.
