Girl Scouts—Dakota Horizons is a non-profit organization that serves more than 15,000 members in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa. We are chartered by Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA), the worlds' only leadership development organization for girls in the world.
