As I approach my 23rd year in the field of education as a teacher and a director, I am now a global education consultant and the founder of O.R.B.I.T.S. Development Code, a transdisciplinary approach for enhancing conscious leadership and communities. I have long been experiencing, researching, implementing, evaluating, and enhancing a belief, that education exceeds teaching and learning, and that both "schools" and homes are interconnected. Having trained hundreds of leaders and teachers, I fully believe that empowering leaders and teachers as individuals, conscious about themselves and their communities is the only key for sustainable growth. I help education redesign environments through research-based, quality-targeting studies of my programs TransKPI Track, Quality Consulting, Leadership, along with Climate and Culture and ORBIT Mode. I am a certified trainer and designer of training kits. I also work globally on nature education, sustainability, and systems thinking.
