Thank you so much for visiting my channel! My name is Meredith and I live in Las Vegas but I’m originally from North Carolina. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in May of 2013 and since then I have made it my mission to continue to be satisfied with what I eat. I started this channel because sometimes it is super hard to find awesome gluten free foods and recipes. This channel consists of my own recipes and also recipes that I use as a guide and then modify them to be suitable for us gluten free folks. I hope you enjoy!
