I have not been able to reach others as I had hoped with this channel, therefore I am no longer making videos. If you have stumbled onto my channel, then I bid you welcome. I am a woman who has lived with mental illness my whole life. I also ran a support group for DBSA for 5 years. I was trained to be a peer support person and went to many conferences to learn a lot about mental illness, particularly Depression and Bipolar Disorder. I am not a medical professional, just your peer who cares. I want to share my experiences, share various therapy techniques, and just let you know you are NOT ALONE. It's OK to NOT BE OK!
