The Shack opened in 2020 in Siem Reap, Cambodia, as a place, meet new friends and listen to jam music. Sadly we had to close for COVID and with no tourists, Siem Reap was devastated. We began this project which we hope can help support out of work musicians. in 2021 there was more focus put to local community support teaching music and create a video to give the Cambodian teens some focus to common end, learning instruments, recording, writing and live performance skills. We then created a story board for a video 2026 we focused on the Cambodia refugee crisis, fundraising, buying and delivering supplies, detailing needs at the camps seeking longer term solutions.
