Airshows Downunder Shellharbour is Australia’s largest regional airshow! Held in the Illawarra region on the NSW south coast, just over an hour south of Sydney, the event was formerly known as Wings Over Illawarra. It returns on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd March 2024 at the Shellharbour Airport, Albion Park Rail. Situated in a picturesque location with an amazing backdrop of the Illawarra escarpment, it is the only major airshow experience within easy reach of metropolitan Sydney and Canberra. The event’s diverse program includes ground displays and flying demonstrations of historic, military, modern and aerobatic aircraft, as well as children’s rides and aviation and technology related exhibitions.
