Hi, welcome to the channel "Ja, cyborg." Three years ago, I had a stroke that led to complete loss of hearing and the labyrinth of my left ear. I went through various trials and tribulations, tried multiple options, and finally had cochlear implant surgery. And that's how I became a cyborg! I want to tell you about my story on this channel, which may help other people in a similar situation, explain many unknowns, show how to live with an implant, what alternatives are, and surgery, recovery, and rehabilitation. This is not a medical channel, nor am I an expert in this field. I just want to support people with similar conditions. While looking for help and support, I didn't find much of it on the Internet, and I decided to change it for others, for you.
