Helen is a yoga teacher, embodiment coach, and retired doctor with a passion for neuroscience and polyvagal theory. With over 25 years in medicine, she now focuses on holistic wellness, supporting others with persistent health challenges; chronic pain, and fatigue, and also those with stress & overwhelm. Her work blends yoga, meditation, embodiment practices, and nervous system education to cultivate resilience and well-being. Helen’s approach is slow, mindful, and accessible, helping people reconnect with themselves and build wellness.
