Helga is our 1971 VW Westfalia. We've spent the last couple of years restoring the bus, and are ready to head West. We live in North Alabama, and our daughter is getting married in Sedona, AZ. She loves the bus and wants it to be part of the wedding. We are really looking forward to the adventure of driving a 50 year old air-cooled Volkswagen across the country. We'll travel on Old Route 66 and plan to visit all the cool things on the way. We hope you'll subscribe and follow our journey! I'm also the drummer in a classic rock cover band in Huntsville.
