Childs is a full-time performing musician on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast, performing over 250 dates per year at many of Florida's greatest venues. When off the stage, you can find him writing songs about his life experience and Florida's pristine beaches. Daniel's debut album, "Escape" was released in 2021. The single from the album, "Siesta Key", won the Will McLean New Florida Song Contest in 2023. Childs followed the release with two singles, "Sunset Beach" in 2023 and "Southbound" in 2024.
