Dr. Ashwani Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Ropar. His research primarily focuses on antennas, wireless power transfer, and RF/microwave engineering. He is the head of the Antenna/Microwave Research (AMR) and 5G Lab. His leadership is instrumental to the success and direction of our student chapter. Dr. Sharma has several publications in reputable journals such as IEEE Transactions on Antenna and Propagation/ Microwave Theory and Techniques, Letters and IET journals, and he actively reviews articles for several high-quality journals.
