Sharing family country heritage and vintage footage, so that these memories and proud traditions live on (archived) and are available for anyone with general country interests, as well as to family & friends. I will also share my own experiences. I come from Mouland (Farmers - Sussex/Dorset/Somerset/Hampshire) 1786 & Holter (Millers - Sussex) 1470 lineages. Some military. I'm Declan Mouland, I've enjoyed decades of countryside experience. I did qualifications in deer & game management, ecology ,estate skills & agriculture. I was taught bird taxidermy at the Booth Museum. I hatched/reared many species of domestic/ ornamental fowl whilst growing up. I've been a RFD. I take deer, game, fish and cook. I learnt hedgelaying with my grandad. I do coppicing. I make cordials/spirits with wild flowers/fruits. Authentic sharing of knowledge/history.
