Petronella Ravenshear is author of The Human Being Diet and The HBD Cookbook.
The Human Being Diet is a three-month programme that lays the foundation for a new way of eating and living. It’s designed to be easy to follow for any adult human being who wants to feel and look as good as they possibly can - at whatever age - whether vegan, vegetarian or omnivore.
Petronella studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, the Natura Foundation and The Institute for Functional Medicine. She's a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine) and The Institute for Functional Medicine and is registered with CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). She's a Senior Associate member of the RSM (Royal Society of Medicine) and regularly attends lectures and seminars to keep up to date with the newest research.
