Welcome to the Hoodoo Zephyr YouTube channel. We are an Aberdeenshire based band who play our own style of alternative rock, with original songs spanning several genres, not actually fitting properly into any of them! We've been playing together for the best part of 20 years, and are most at home playing small intimate gigs in local inns, taverns and watering holes. At the height of our fame, we were featured in several 'Wanted' posters, and were described as "Nae bad" by Bill from the pub. When we're not working hard writing or producing music, we like to relax in the 'Big Zephyr' house, where we engage in lively debate regarding world affairs, rhubarb and who's turn it is to wash the pots (It's Freak's turn!). Words, rhythm guitar and 'moothie' credits are the domain of Freak, Geoff is the lead guitar/electric guitar wrangler, the low down sounds of the bass trickle from the fingers of Stu, and the rhythm of life is provided by Ken.
