I follow God Jesus Christ. Hello, everyone! My name is Stephane Lam. I am a chess player and chess content creator. I am Mauritius Blitz Champion, 3-Time Mauritius U18 Chess Champion, Lead School Instructor (LSI), National Arbiter (NA), Arena FIDE Master (AFM), Chess Olympiad Player, and winner of several awards including Best Beginner Course 2023 on Chessable, Best French Chess Stream (CCT), and FIDE Checkmate Coronavirus 2020. I started playing chess in 2015 when I was 14 years old. Ever since my first tournament game, I have been completely passionate about it. There has never been any Mauritian IM or GM, so I want to become the first one. It became my only true goal to become a chess grandmaster (GM) and to do everything in my power to achieve that.
