In the early 90s, street metal parties gather metal fans from all over the Ivanovo city. Cerber musicians get acquainted with many enthusiasts and join the line-up with a second guitarist - Pavel Lyskov (Young) and vocalist - Sergey Zakharov. A landmark and decisive acquaintance turned out to be acquaintance with the members of the thrash band Sudorogi, who by that time had many useful acquaintances and authority on the Ivanovo stage. In 1993, the musicians of the bands Cerber, Cobra and Sudorogi organized the first metal fest in the city at the Engineering College. The concert gathered a full hall and became the starting point for the annual Rock February festivals.
