The Port of Beaumont is a world-class intermodal transportation facility that is served by three Class I rail carriers, located within two miles of Interstate 10. The Port is situated on a deep-water channel that is currently being deepened from 40 feet to 48 feet. Southeast Texas is the no. 1 exporter of crude in the nation, no. 1 exporter of liquid natural gas and has the 3rd largest refining capacity in the United States.
