Elizabeth Ann Chavez is a Los Angeles native whose roots are in classical violin performance. She began to branch out musically when she joined indie folkestra Leather Tramp. She also recorded strings for Gracie Gray, The Moderates, and The Family Crest. She later formed the band Her Treehouse to explore playing violin and while singing harmonies. During this time, eli ann began to dive into her own self-expression through playing guitar and songwriting. With the help of producers Rachel St. Marseille, Brett Kramer, and Marc Encabo, eli ann released her cinematic folk-pop debut “Lighthouse,” blending her warm vocals and poetic lyrics with ethereal soundscapes. Her sophomore single, “sinking, seeing, dreaming” explores the inner conflict between the need to slow down and the habit of rushing through life. An active performing and recording violinist, she joined The Family Crest for their U.S. Summer 2024 & 2025 tours. She is currently working on her debut EP.
