Jersey Shore Jazz Workshop - (JSJW) I play music because it's fun. This is the key to why I continue to play music. It should be this way for all musicians, including my students. I'm serious about teaching and the study of this music, but I always make lessons engaging and fun.
Putting a band together and keeping them together is hard work for a full-time professional, let alone for a part-time musician. Finding band members, preparing music, and scheduling rehearsals which everyone can make is time consuming. I take the administrative part out of the equation. You just practice and play.
The JSJW collaborates with various art councils, performing arts centers and other workshops nationally and internationally to share the love of learning while connecting with other musician communities.
