aBnormal joY is an emerging female Alternative Hip-Hop artist coming out of the DMV. While she’s known to experiment with various dark trap, trap metal, and emo rap instrumentation, her introspective lyricism, punchlines, and bold delivery are often staples in her music. In late 2021, aBnormal joY released a slew of heavy-hitting singles, garnering droves of new listeners and career-building opportunities in the process. In March 2022, joY played her first live show in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; her high-energy and engaging performance style has since had her in high demand.
