Fueled by the need for change and a yearning for something to mean something, One Eight Seven was born from the ashes of a once thriving Cape Town punk scene.
Since June 2014 members Kyle Lucky(Dead Lucky), Garreth Von Eitzen, Wessel Geldenhuys and Lance Brandow have been grafting away in a room tucked away within Valkenburg Mental Institution. The aim was not to produce something never heard of, or out of this world, it was simply to make music that carried a message. The product is their debut EP "Destroy"
