"Hackatone" is the alter ego of Andrei Komarov — a Lisbon-based DJ, producer, and IT architect pioneering the fusion of electronic music and technology. His journey began with PSYRUS, an experimental EDM project that went viral in 2016 with the debut track Hitcher (1.9M views in a week), featuring collaborations with iconic names such as Onyx, Ragga Twins, and Noah Sebastian, and releases through labels like Universal Music MENA. In 2023, Andrei launched Hackatone, diving into the world of tech house with a raw, glitched-out aesthetic and hypnotic grooves. He has released collab tracks with Don Diablo, Plastik Funk, Chester Young, Lizwi, Idd Aziz and ZHIKO while receiving support from industry leaders like EDX, Mark Knight, Lucas & Steve, and MK.
