Leo Lobrev is an international competitions laureate, composer, arranger, pianist and improviser. He holds a Master's degree in Music from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, where his first Symphony was premiered. Over the last few years Lobrev has worked successfully with Birmingham Conservatoire Orchestra, Kairos Quartet, Decibel Ensemble, Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, DD Orchestra and others. He has participated in numerous festivals and competitions around Europe as a composer and as a pianist. Starting from 2016 he began writing music for short films, choreography and abstract art installations. Composer’s main source of inspiration is nature and its diversity.
