Dr. Jill Waggoner holds a Medical Degree and a Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma, where she made history as the first African American woman to graduate with a Master’s in Anatomical Sciences. She is a residency-trained, board-certified Family Practice Physician with over 35 years of medical practice. She also holds certifications in Preventive Medicine and Wellness Coordination from the prestigious Cooper Institute and has studied Functional and Integrative Medicine for the past 20 years.
Dr. Waggoner has been named to D Magazine’s Best Doctors list for ten consecutive years and is a trusted national medical expert for television and radio with NBC, ABC, and Fox affiliates. She is the author of eight books, with a ninth on the way, focused on longevity, trimming, and thriving.
