I am very passionate about making sure our kids stay healthy and active. It's my goal to make exercising FUN. If they learn to enjoy it at an early age, they will carry this into adulthood and live overall healthier lifestyles.
Each week I will post one video. I will demonstrate each move and then it's your turn! Turn on some fun music and get moving! Have your child do this on days they do not have P.E. They only get two (sometimes three) days of P.E. a week, which isn't enough moving!
