Global Brigades is the world's largest student-led global health and sustainable development organization. The organization empowers university students and professionals that want to make a difference in the world through international skill-based volunteer opportunities to gain a unique resume-building opportunity by engaging in hands-on international work experience. Since 2005, more than 10,000 student volunteers from 350 university chapters in the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Ireland, have provided health and economic development solutions to more than 300,000 beneficiaries in Central America and Ghana, Africa.
