Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® (CPAR), formerly Bay County Association of REALTORS®, is a REALTOR® Association in northwest Florida dedicated to serving buyers and sellers by providing access to thousands of listings and real estate professionals. Founded in 1925, CPAR has steadily grown to contain a membership of approximately 1800 REALTOR® members and 250 business Affiliates (Power Partners). Originally only encompassing Bay County, CPAR grew to include Holmes, Jackson, Washington, & Calhoun counties through a merger in 2015.
