We specialise in leadership development and organisation improvement advice and services for businesses and organisations throughout New Zealand. Our principals, Kyran Newell and Nicky Trainor, share more than 25 years experience supporting leaders to develop their personal leadership capability and to improve their organisations' results. Kyran and Nicky are joined by more than 50 specialist facilitators, coaches and consultants to work with our clients. We help leaders through custom inhouse courses, programmes and coaching, all delivered face-to-face and online. We support leaders with the tools they need to do their work of changing their organisation to improve its results; directing, engaging, aligning, developing others, and achieving high performance work. Our channel aim is to share the wisdom and experience of our team with businesses and organisations to improve their leadership and results.
