Lifestyle refers to the way an individual lives, habits, behaviors, values, and daily routines.
Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Limit processed foods, sugary drinks, excessive salt.
Drink plenty of water in a day.
Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week.
7-9 hours each night
Practice relaxation techniques, yoga.
Dpn't drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Avoid smoking and exposure to secondhand smoke.

In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, add more fruits and vegetables in diet and eat less carbohydrates, high sodium and unhealthy fat. Avoid eating junk food and sweets, skipping a meal, otherwise feeling hungry at wrong time.
