1. We work to change the lives of people experiencing multiple disadvantage: a combination of homelessness, mental ill-health, substance use, and contact with the criminal justice system.
2. We believe that everyone is unique and entitled to a fulfilling life; everyone deserves to be treated with compassion and kindness, and to have access to support.
3. We believe no person is hard to reach but systems can be hard to access.
