Hey Basslover, I'm Mischa Marcks and I have made it my mission to push bass into the spotlight. It's about time guitar gets kicked off its pedestal, right? Fans describe my music as “Victor Wooten meets J.S. Bach“ In my compositions the focus is on creating catchy tunes that explore the possibilities the BEST SOLO INSTRUMENT IN THE WORLD has to offer. I believe that music as a whole is medicine for the soul. That's why I call my music "Solo Bass for the Heart, Mind, and Soul". It might sometimes sound like a full band, but all I use for my music is my custom shop Maruszczyk bass, my trusty RC-300 loop station, and every once in a while some subtle FX!
