Hi there, I'm Sierra Bailey, a creative and community enthusiast. Over the years, I have evolved into a multi-hyphenate artist and entrepreneur. I began my career in New York in the 90s and have been a painter, a jewelry designer, an author, and, most recently, the creator and owner of Maeve House. Maeve House is a design-forward, hospitality-focused, boutique social club for coworking and member events in Austin, Texas. I own Maeve House with my husband, Adam Fujawa, and we live with three dogs in South Austin, around the corner from Maeve House.
I created the videos on this channel a few years ago, when I closed my 16-year jewelry business and began consulting with business owners who had 5 or fewer employees.
