Echology is a music producer and DJ, specialised in dub techno, ambient, deep techno, downtempo and akin genres of deep electronics. Having a background as a bass player, Echology tends to favour productions with deep and emphasised basslines and puts major focus on rhythm. Working daily as a musician and sound engineer, Echology tends to experiment with sonics, tonality and rhythm in ways that overcome boundaries. He adapted an old school method of composing, using a mixture of hardware synthesizers and drum machines, guitar pedals, mixing console and DAW. Thus, his performances are never the same and each jam is unique and spontaneous.
