Avenues is a punk band from Milwaukee, WI. The band has toured nationwide and internationally and played such festivals as Punk Rock Bowling & Music Festival ,Envol Et Macadam, Pouzza Festival. Avenues have played/toured with notable punk acts, Rise Against, Buzzcocks, Bob Mould, Anti-Nowhere League, Guttermouth, Masked Intruder, Strung Out, 88 Fingers Louie, Pulley, The Queers, Red City Radio, The Lillingtons, Teenage Bottlerocket, Less Than Jake. In 2011, Avenues released the EP NOHO which the band signed a publishing deal with Los Angeles, CA based Gas Can Music and then were added to the roaster of Chicago, IL based Stayposi Records which they released "Postcards From Ann Arbor," in 2013. The bands last two EPs were both recorded at Atlas Studio in Chicago, IL with Matt Allison, known for recording such acts as, (Alkaline Trio, The Lawrence Arms, Rise Against). Currently Avenues are getting ready to hit the studio to record for their upcoming LP which is due do out in 2019
