Poet, Theatre-Maker, Facilitator, & Puppeteer from the creative community of Ventnor, working to combat the current loneliness and mental health crisis by helping build confidence, kindness, and creativity in everyone. Proud Co-Facilitator of VEX Spoken Word Collective and run Up Your Improv, a not-for-profit community group helping adults recall our innately child-like sense of play and curiosity. Work with organisations such as Artswork, StoneCrabs Theatre, Independent Arts, and teach Performing Arts in further education. Long-listed by Verve Poetry Press in May 2022. Have created two solo shows on the theme of 'identity', with hopes to tour in future, Ultimately aim to empower individuals to express themselves, share stories, and promote self-care, creating more inclusive and understanding societies. Currently working on a commission for Southampton-based organisation ArtfulScribe to perform at their ‘LitFest26’ event; writing to the theme ‘Acts of Resistance’.
