Our team consists of 4 highly motivated young girls Tamila, Rano, Arina and Rukhsora who were led by two skillful mentors Saida and Fazilat. We are of different age and of various nationalities, and study at different lyceums. Despite our different background, we had great dozens of awesome ideas. By discussing and negotiating, we have found a common language and were able to deal with each other in complex situations. Although each girl had her own responsibility in the project, our roles often intersected. By working together and supporting each other we the power and sense of team work.
