The Smile Trek is a 5,000-mile walk through Southeast Asia to fundraise for the International Children's Surgical Foundation, a charity that provides surgeries for children in the developing world who live with clefts. The trek is scheduled to kick off from Hanoi, Vietnam in the fall of 2011 and should take about a year to complete.
