The Student Affairs Division (BHEP) is one of the entities under the purview of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor's Office (HEPA). The division is headed by a Head of Division who is responsible for managing student affairs, managing administrative and financial matters, planning and implementing students' activities, discipline, counselling, culture, accommodation, financial assistance and students’ welfare.
