The World Indigenous Network (WIN) -- Connecting Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities Land and Sea Managers.
The overall aim of the WIN is to encourage:
• better conservation of biological diversity and sustainable use of natural resources
• improved social cohesion
• increased economic opportunities and the alleviation of poverty.
The Australian Government proudly supports the WIN and the inaugural WIN Conference held in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia from 26 -- 31 May. 2013.
